How to get started
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Crush the walnuts and cashews and mix them in a bowl with the flour, oatmeal, linseed, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork to a puree. Heat the coconut oil (e.g. in the microwave) so that it becomes liquid. Add it to the mashed bananas together with the soy milk, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar. Mix all gently by hand.
